Learn to read old documents

This session will help you to read and use documents in your research, primarily focusing on handwriting in the 19th and 20th Centuries (1800s-1900s) and will include tips and tricks to assist in reading old handwriting and calligraphy including hands-on experience during the session, some commonly used abbreviations, how to transcribe, and some common formats used.
