About this event

Sports & Fitness • Cycling

These lessons are for people who want to develop confidence on the bike in a traffic free environment.

Using a covered track area with all equipment provided. Our experienced instructor will guide you step by step, from getting on and off the bike to building up your balance and your confidence.

The instructor will work with you to assess your needs and to get you pedalling in a friendly, stress-free manner, at your pace.

The lessons are delivered in a traffic-free environment. We use the top two floors of a multi-storey car park above the Airedale Shopping Centre in Keighley. No cars have access so it's a very safe place to learn. It's a good idea to wrap up warm though, gloves are a good idea in the colder months.

Meet outside the management suite on Level 1 (by the car park pay point). You can come up the stairs or lift or through the car park if you've parked there. It's next door to the Keighley bus station and an easy walk from the train station.

You can attend as many as you like, but places are limited usually to 6, so please book. If you decide you can't attend a session you have booked - please cancel it as soon as possible (ideally via Eventbrite - or drop us an e-mail if you can't work out how to do it yourself).
