Please wear activewear, that is comfy to move around in and isn't restrictive. Anything too loose or baggy will get caught in the boat whilst rowing. You will be able to leave coats/bags on land whilst you row on the water.

There will be no changing facilities available, so please come ready to row in your activewear. You will be able to leave coats/bags on land whilst you row on the water.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your time slot. You can find us on the bank of the river, our friendly coaches will be there to greet you. In the week before the event, we will allocate you a 30 minute time slot which we will notify you of via email. This slot will be between 1 and 4pm.

We will send you an email to confirm your registration straight away. In the week before the rowing day, we will email you again with your 30-minute time slot!
