Learn to Talk for a Fit Mind with Talk for Health: Peer Counselling Skills....

In today's society it is all too easy to feel lonely and disconnected from others and this can have a negative impact on our mental health and the quality of our life.
Here at Talk for Health we know that true connection happens when we let go of our social masks and start being who we really are and that this is why we run our six session wellbeing programme: to help you feel more connected to yourself and other people.
This programme is an evening and weekend programme on the following dates:
11:00 - 17:00: 2 x Saturdays: 29th April & 20th May
17:30 - 20:30: 4 x Thursdays: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th May
Our programme covers:
Open and truthful talking
Basic counselling skills
Building supportive relationships
Come join us and learn how to talk to for a fit mind!
After the programme you will have access to free peer support groups, more psychology learning opportunities and a growing community of caring and supportive people!

As we are funded by Islington NHS we have to give priority to Islington/Camden residents. If you live outside of those boroughs we invite you to attend a taster and we are able to invite you to join the programme if there are unfilled spaces
