These exercises are in fact process that we go through in Tantra, but were highlighted and brought to the mainstream by Gwyneth Paltrow in the Goop Lab, and of course being so famous the process is now more well known.

1. Understanding your sexual energy: We'll start by exploring the nature of sexual energy, and how it affects us physically, emotionally, and mentally.
2. Identifying your unique desires: We'll delve into what turns you on and what you're drawn to sexually. This will help you better understand your erotic blueprint.
3. Exploring different types of touch in a safe way: We'll explore the different types of touch that you respond to, such as light touch, deep pressure, or even feathers.
4. Uncovering your fantasies: We'll dive into the world of fantasies, exploring what you fantasize about and how that relates to your erotic blueprint.
5. Learn about Tantric BDSM and get to see all the exiting tools and toys there are that can be used to enhance play.
6. Understanding your turn-offs: We'll also examine what turns you off sexually, as this can give valuable insights into your erotic blueprint.
7. Experimenting with different sensations: We'll explore different sensations, such as hot and cold or rough and smooth, to help you understand what you respond to.
8. Embracing your authentic self: Throughout the workshop, we'll focus on embracing your authentic self and exploring your sexuality without judgment or shame.
9. Learn Lingam & Yoni Massage in a safe environment on our handy play tools.
