Learning and Organisational Development Recruitment event

Ofgem are recruiting several Learning and Organisational Development colleagues, initially we are recruiting for 4 Learning and Organisational Development Partners, whether you are in Glasgow or London the office is near you.

The four L&OD Partner roles have been created to support a far-reaching Transformation Programme that will underpin new ways of working, including flexible deployment & professions.

In essence, you’ll work alongside our Heads of Professions with a view to leading on a particular aspect of the learning and organisational agenda to support the effective implementation of our professions model – either coaching & mentoring, diversity & inclusion, performance management or early talent & on-boarding. It’s about delivering expert, colleague-centric, consultancy-style support to managers across Ofgem.

With the road map not fully in place, there’s lots of scope to innovate. We’ll look for you to understand needs, develop processes and champion the importance of the Programme to all.

We will also be recruiting for a L&OD co-ordinator and L&OD Data Analyst

This event will be a great opportunity for you to learn more about the role and hear from the members of the L&OD team.
