About this event

Business • Career

Learning is both a human need and an organisational necessity. But how do we design approaches to learning that truly work for people and support organisational goals?

In this online Lunch and Learn, our Vice Chair Louise Lennon, founder of business psychology consultancy The People Deal, will explore two different perspectives:

  • The psychological perspective - how our mindsets about learning shape behaviour, engagement, and the ability to adapt in times of change.
  • The practical perspective - how organisations can structure L&D to be effective and sustainable, using tools like a L&D maturity model.

Louise will share a recent L&D case study with her client Via East Midlands and will close the session with practical tips for getting learning right - from making it accessible and inclusive, to ensuring it evolves in step with organisational needs.
