Event description

Description

We are excited to announce our Learning from Failure Roadshow, a week-long event bringing Sweden’s Museum of Failure to the North West Coast for its first ever UK visit.

The five-day programme introduces examples of failed healthcare innovations, with lessons on how they went wrong. A pop us exhibition by the Museum of Failure is a must-see for everyone interested in innovating.

The Thursday morning session, Psychological Safety describes people’s perceptions of the consequences of taking interpersonal risks in a particular context such as a workplace.

This session, designed by Museum of Failure Founder, Samuel West, will explore why psychological safety is a critical factor to team work and organisational learning, as well as providing insight into how to build a psychologically safe culture.

The Innovation Agency bring this event to you in partnership with AQuA, Health Education England and the North West Leadership Academy, at venues in Liverpool and Preston.
