Description
Learning from improvement: an event for trusts in special measures for reasons of quality
Following the successful conference last November which brought together trusts in special measures along with some of their support organisations, we are hosting another event for challenged providers and those in special measures for reasons of quality.
The aim is to share positive experiences from trusts that have achieved significant improvement and provide an opportunity to learn from other leaders, share best practice and take away useful tips.
Kathy McLean, Medical Director and Chief Operating Officer, NHS Improvement will chair the event. There will be a keynote presentation from Professor Ted Baker, Chief Inspector of Hospitals, Care Quality Commission and presentations lead by senior leaders and an improvement director.
Registration will be from 9am, the event programme will start at 10am and finish by 3.30pm.
Who should attend?
Chief executives, chairs, medical directors and nursing directors from NHS trusts who are currently in special measures or have been identified as challenged. Maximum of 3 per organisation please.
Please register as soon as possible as spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
