About this event

Learning from Lockdown: Compassionate Communication workshop

This month's event will focus on the ways in which Covid-19 has helped improve communication in our workplaces.

Whether in circulating information, explaining difficult decisions, offering support or providing reassurance; many employers have transformed the way they communicate with staff during Covid-19, with positive implications for mental well-being.

Drawing on important points raised by our speakers at last month's event, we are pleased to be joined again by Olivia Bell (Employment Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell LLP) and Emlyn Hagan (Job Retention Specialist at Leeds Mind) who will help guide our discussions.

Please note, this is an interactive workshop so please come ready to participate in group discussions.

Numbers at this session will be limited to allow maximum benefit to attendees.
