Learning from Luther today: 10.00am – 3.00pm, followed by Evensong at 3.30pm

LUTHER 500 Conference and Celebration

A day programme to mark the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation, to investigate Luther’s continuing impact today on our theology and worship. We are privileged to welcome as our speakers Dr Ulrichs and Dr Oxen, theologians from Wittenberg, Germany, and Professor McFarland from Cambridge, himself a Lutheran. The day is designed for clergy and laity, and will include presentations, discussion and reflection. The day concludes with the Cathedral Evensong at which Dr Oxen will preach.

The programme fee is £10 (CMD grants available to clergy, Readers, LLMs and Elders). Please bring a packed lunch. Drinks will be provided. Registration from 9.30am
