Description

Learning from the Lenehan Review: high cost, low incidence cohorts of children for whom IPC can improve outcomes

We are inviting IPC sites to be part of an in-depth piece of work looking at effective integrated commissioning for children at risk of residential special school placement as a result of social, emotional and mental health needs or autism and challenging behaviour. This work-stream will begin with a seminar bringing together national programme leads and IPC sites to identify:

  • The scope of the task;
  • The outcomes being sought;
  • The levers that will support the change needed;
  • The elements that need to be in place in order to ensure the change is successful and sustainable;
  • Where are these the same for both groups and where is a different approach needed.

The workshop will enable the development of a framework which will then be tested in detail with two sites.

Coffee from 10am, to start promptly at 10.30am.
