The world of work over the last 10 years has changed immeasurably. But has our approach to learning kept pace? In this fast-paced and challenging session Mike will explore some of the challenges we face (in HR & L&D) along with some of the questions we need to ask ourselves and the people we support.
We will explore the various technologies available and test the limitations from an L&D perspective.
- Is the way forward e-learning, YouTube or Snapchat? Or is the future of learning back to the classroom?
- Do we select learning vehicles based on cost, convenience or on effectiveness? Or is it based on budget?
- What are the technologies we should be using to help our people learn?
- This is not a technology led session, but one focused on delivering results to our businesses.
18:30 - arrival & refreshments
19:00 - welcome and start of presentation
20:30/21:00 - finish & departure
