Description

Delivered by Professor Judith Williams

In the workshop we will explore the different stages of change, discussing how people think, feel and behave at the different stages. This will lead into a discussion of what people need at the different stages in order to be lead through a change process. The workshop will be framed using three models of change, Kubler-Ross, Lewin and Kotter.

In this session we will:

  • Explore models for leading change
  • Identify ideas and tools for working with others through change

Please register for this event. Refrehments will be provided.
