Hear from RCN Senior Officer, Hilary Nelson, about how Learning Reps can get involved with capability casework, and enjoy workshops looking at learning vs. blame cultures by Margaux Lobban, our Professional and Development Lead, and feel inspired by your role as activists in nursing by Head of Activist Engagement, Harry Eccles. RCN Scotland’s Associate Director (Nursing, Policy and Professional Practice), Eileen McKenna, will also present to you on the day.
