About this Event

Learning that Drives Performance. Learning and Development professionals are uniquely placed in an organization to improve both individual employee performance as well as the overall performance of the business. To maximise the impact of learning, activities must be aligned with the goals of the organization and delivered in the flow of work so that performance improvement is continuous. However, formal courses can no longer be the default learning option and creative workplace solutions are vital.

In this interactive session Andy Lancaster looks at four key aspects of moving learning into the flow of work based on his award winning book “Driving Performance Through Learning”:

• Understanding emerging organisational landscapes

• Laying essential learning foundations

• Transforming learning approaches

• Redefining the L&D ecosystem
