This session is part of Wirral Mind's Autumn/Winter Wellbeing sessions. Please note - when you have booked a ticket through eventbrite, we will ask you to complete an additional booking form. This will be sent to the email you provide us with here. We will not be able to confirm your space on the course until the booking form has been completed.

About:

This online series offers gentle, practical mindfulness sessions to help you slow down, reconnect, and care for your well-being. Each week explores a different theme – from grounding with the breath to moving mindfully and finding balance in you daily life and includes some key practices and ideas that you can put into action in your daily life.

We invite you to come to our initial introduction session and if you think this course is for you, you will be encouraged to sign up for and attend all of the 6 sessions to build your skills each week. Each session will be complete in itself, so it won’t matter if you miss one or two. We will support you all we can to be comfortable on zoom and get the most out of your learning.

Thursday 6th November - Being with the Breath

Thursday 13th November - Engaging with movement

Thursday 20th November - Balance and self care

Thursday 27th November - Calming and grounding

Thursday 4th December - Engaging with Life more Fully (flourishing)
