Developing or delivering a multi-year programme in the charity sector is both incredibly rewarding and challenging. They can include managing large budgets and overseeing multiple workstreams, supporting teams and navigating partnerships.
This online workshop is for people working in charities who are developing or delivering multi-year programmes. You might be developing a funding application, awaiting a funding decision, planning for delivery of a programme now that funding is secured, or already delivering the programme.
Wherever you currently find yourself, we will share our insights on experiences of programme delivery and some tips for developing, operationalising and delivering multi-year programmes. Attendees will also connect with peers, explore their own experiences, questions and concerns and reflect on what good support for programme managers looks like.
Experienced charity consultants Simon Shaw and Lev Pedro (Shared Purpose) will lead this engaging workshop which will cover:
