Event description

Description

We are delighted to have been asked to bring the #LearningFirst assessment party to the University of Greenwich on Saturday, 30th September 2017.

The Greenwich conference will focus particularly on how schools can achieve principled assessment practice whilst protecting workload and wellbeing.

This first tranche of tickets has been reserved for the University's partner schools only, until 7.59 p.m. on Thursday, 6th July 2017. At 8.00 p.m. they go live to the universe. So, if you want to be sure of securing a ticket, do so immediately.

This will be a great opportunity to hear from national and local speakers, including:

Prof Dame Alison Peacock, CEO Chartered College of Teaching; Sean Harford, National Director for Schools, Ofsted; Mary Myatt, author of 'High Challenge, Low Threat' and 'Hopeful Schools'; James Pembroke, data guru; Clare Seal, Primary Headteacher in Bethnal Green; David Weston of the Teacher Development Trust, Dr Tim O'Brien, visiting Fellow in Psychology and Human Development at UCL and many, many others. And, all for a fiver!!! How fantastic is that?!?!
