Leaves Retreats Brighton Weekender - Expression of Interest

Planning to swim outdoors through the winter? Fancy some bracing sea dips to welcome the Spring?

NB - signing up here is to express an interest in attending, rather than to buy a ticket and and confirm attendance. When there's enough interest to make the retreat viable, we will contact everyone who has expressed an interest with more information. Thanks!

The total cost, including accommodation, all meals and activities, and sauna visit, will be £265 - to be paid in 2 instalments.

Where will it be?

• The Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse is a large townhouse overlooking the Brighton Pavilion, a 10-minute walk from Brighton station
• It sleeps up to 25 in comfy single/bunk beds in rooms of 1-6
• If you’re coming with friends, or members of your swim club, we can make sure you’re sharing rooms with them - otherwise, we'll ensure you're sharing with someone who is as much of an early bird/night owl as you are

What will I be doing?

• Sea dips, if conditions are good. If not, a swim in the Sea Lanes, a 50m pool on the sea front
• Seaside walks (something you absolutely can’t do in London)
• Visit to Sauna in the Lanes
• Exploring Brighton centre
• Meals and a Saturday night pub trip together with the group

All activities are optional, and if you want to sit one out at any point to have a rest, that’s entirely ok!

What about food and drink?

• Meals provided – Friday dinner (probably a big curry), Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday big brunch
• We will collect and cater to any dietary requirements – food will be simple, tasty and nutritious
• No alcohol will be provided, but there will be lots of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and general snacks
