The Aerial Archaeology in Jordan has just completed its 25th year, and this talk will cover some important recent discoveries. It will also provide an overview of the importance of aerial survey for archaeology as well as understanding the deep history and archaeology of Jordan.

This will be the first time ever the lecture will be given in the UK and will be given for the AJS!
