The retreat is open to all and weaves the practises of Tai Chi, Chi Kung & Meditation to enhance a deep sense of peace & tranquillity.

With over 30 years experience of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Meditation and Healing Therapies Lee will assist with personal guidance over the weekend.
