Bring up to 20 items of clothing to swap for something new-to-you - refresh your wardrobe for 2022 & help save clothing from landfill too!

• Entry is by pre-booked ticket slots at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm. 
• We will accept walk-ups on the day but those with tickets will get priority access. If we are at capacity with pre-booked tickets those who have not booked in advance will have to wait until there is space in the venue.
• Tickets are £3.50 per person
• If you are a first time attendee, please check this box when booking so we can issue you with your membership number.
• Children are welcome and do not need their own ticket, but must be suprvised by their carer at all times.
• There will be no changing rooms available at this event but mirrors will be available in the main space and you are welcome to try items on over your clothes.
• If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or have been told to self isolate please DO NOT attend. In this instance please contact us on leedscommunityclothesexchange@hotmail.co.uk to cancel your ticket.

• There will not be a cafe available at the event.
• Toilets will be available to swappers but must not be used as changing areas.
• Please bring a MAXIMUM of 20 items to swap to help us process swappers quickly. If you have credits on the system from previous swaps, you will be able to take away as many items as you like.
• We are longer be accepting any items for recycling apart from bras. Any rejected items will need to be taken away by the swapper (there are clothing recycling banks opposite the venue)

To help us process your items quickly and to make sure your items are accepted please make sure that all items are:

• Clean - please wash your items before bringing them to swap
• No damaged items - check for holes, wear & tear, missing buttons, stains etc.
• No underwear/bodysuits/pjamas/swimwear/gymwear that touches the body
• No worn out items eg. greying whites or bobbly knitwear
• No specific branded clothes – eg tops that say “Leeds Marathon 2015”
• No children’s clothing

ACCESSIBILITY

Woodhouse Community Centre has flat access throughout & is wheelchair accessible. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet available.
