Last year the Leeds Digital Festival identity (which you can see in all its greenness on this page) was created after a day of workshopping, when a chosen route was voted for, and then developed by the winning team. That route engaged with the design community in Leeds.
This year we have a blank slate. We could start again. We can stick with what we have. As part of the inclusive nature of the festival the decision about what we do is for those who are interested and contribute to the festival.
Which is what this meeting is about. This is an open meeting to anyone with an interest in the identity of this year's festival.
If you are an independent marketer, a small design agency, a large branding agency, a student looking to gain some experience, or someone who can offer another way of thinking this is an opportunity to decide on the approach the festival will take this year to determine its identity.
At the end of the meeting there will be a vote for an outcome on how we will take this forward - so if you want a say in how this year's identity is created this is your chance.
