This event is an opportunity to find out more from Leeds City Council about changes to youth work funding arrangements which will bring smaller youth work contracts in line with the Leeds Guarantee Fund grant process from April 2017. The new programme is entitled Leeds Pathways Plus, which will be open for bids in early 2017.
With increasing budget pressures, Children’s Services are seeking to focus investment on services which help the most vulnerable young people improve their life chances. Grants from the Leeds Pathways Plus fund will be awarded to projects which can clearly demonstrate how they will engage, work with and support young people who are not in employment, education or training (NEET) within the context of their programme or provision.
Further details regarding the selection criteria will be available at this event, and as part of the guidance notes which will be made available when the funding round opens on 3 January 2017.
