What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are refundable up to 7-days before the event. Log in to Eventbrite. Go to ‘Tickets’. Find the order and select ‘Request a refund’. Enter your details and submit your request. Please note, Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

How do I get to the venue?

Can I bring children to the event?

Children and young people are welcome at Regional Roadshow events, please book a ticket for all delegates. The Conference is aimed at supporting people affected by cardiomyopathy to improve their knowledge and live well with the condition.

Can you cater for food intolerances?

Accepted Answer

We can provide catering for individual food tolerances, just let us know about these in the Eventbrite booking form. If you have a serious allergy, we recommend bringing your own food or using one of the many restaurants around the venue.

Will the presentations be available after the event?
