To round off a perfect day we are hosting an After Signing 1920's themed Charity Ball in the evening.
A chance to meet authors and friends in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
(Please note that not all Authors are attending the ball)
Ball 7.30pm Start – 12.30pm
Dinner will be at the Marriott Hotel same room as the signing and starts at 7.30pm Dinner will be served at 8pm.
The ball will include a 3 course dinner, coffee and mints with a DJ, photographer and some extra touches.
There will be two bars that will be in the ballroom and open until 12.30 am with the residents bar open until 2am.
Dress code will be formal with an optional 1920's dress code
We will be having a charity raffle and donating all the money raised from the Photographers sales to the chosen charity, Make a wish.
The menu is looking excellent, you will have two choices for each course which we will need to know in advance.
Duck and orange paté with caramelised onion chutney with a crisp brioche
Baked field mushroom with wilted spinach, mozzarella and refried beans on toasted croute (v)
Parmesan glazed chicken, crushed New potato with creamed leeks & bacon and balsamic jus
Asparagus and goats cheese pilhivier with a spring salsa verde (v)
Lemon tart with chantilly cream and raspberry jus
Chocolate fudge cake with chocolate sauce, chocolate shards and chantilly cream (v)
Please ensure you advise us of any dietary requirements when selecting your meal choices.

If wishing to be seated as a group at the ball please send us a note and we will try our best to accommodate this. Alternatively make a group booking in one name with a maximum of 10 tickets per booking.
