Leeds - What can the new European Structural and Investments Funds (ESIF) programme offer you?

The new European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) programme is due to finally commence this summer and will offer third sector organisations opportunities to be involved in the delivery of projects and interventions. Organisations may also be able to benefit from support services that will be developed for small businesses.

The Engage with ESIF! programme has been funded by Big Lottery Fund (BIG) to support the sector to engage with the ESIF programme in Leeds City Region.

These initial workshops are being held at district (or in some cases combined districts) level and will aim to give organisations an understanding of what the programme involves and what opportunities there may be to take part in it.

Following these initial events, and partly determined by feedback from them, a series of further events will be held; some of these will have a tighter focus on specific themes within the ESIF programme and potential funding opportunities within those themes, others may focus on specific client groups or be targeted at specific parts of the sector.

The Engage with ESIF! programme is being delivered by Voluntary Action Leeds in partnership with the local CVS or equivalent in each district.
