The meeting will open with an introduction from the Chair, Marian Austin, including a brief recap of work in the last year on transport, energy and local food production.

Our Guest Speaker, Prof Pete Smith, will then deliver a keynote talk on:

Climate Change priorities for 2021

Pete Smith is Professor of Soils and Global Change at Aberdeen University. He has worked as the lead author on several reports from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, is one of the directors of ClimateXChange a Scottish initiative to bring together scientists and policy makers and sits on the Science Advisory Board to the UK Global Food Security Programme

Following the talk there will be an opportunity for questions.
