In 2018, my world crumbled. One loss after another stripped away everything I had worked for, until the final blow came — the auction of my home.
That morning, at 6:00 AM, the knock on the door wasn’t a friendly neighbour… it was auctioneers, escorted by police officers, ready to take away the last thing we had. In that moment, life as I knew it ended.
