• Outsourcing methods – agreeing scope and fee arrangements (including AFAs), facilitating budget management.

• Technology enablers – e.g. ebilling systems.

• Managing your panel – who, how, when, why and suggested focus areas.

• Panel evaluation - KPIs, metrics and methods.

• Collaborative working and honest conversations.
