Frequently asked questions
Tickets for Brick Tour events will be available on the door, unless sold out online beforehand. As our events often sell out, we highly recommend booking your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
If you’ve already snagged your tickets in advance, hooray—you can skip the Sales Desk! You might still join a short queue to get through the doors, though. And if you arrive super early, our lovely door team might ask you to pop back a bit closer to your entry time so everyone can flow in smoothly.
Yes! You can enter the event anytime from the time on your ticket. For example, if you have an 10am Early Entry ticket but don't arrive until 2pm that's no problem at all.
Only early bird ticket holders can arrive for the early bird entrance of 10am , however other ticket holders may arrive for an earlier entrance ticket but just not for the early bird. This is because early bird tickets are more expensive .
There are limited parking bays at the venue and free off street parking near the venue.
Rail: Strawberry Hill (5 mins) and Twickenham (10 mins) Bus: Route 33 (Hammersmith- Richmond- Twickenham)
Early entrance tickets cost more because they are especially popular with LEGO collectors who want exclusive early access. This gives them the first pick of rare, retired, and highly sought-after LEGO sets before the general crowd.
We recommend visiting between 2–4pm, as this is typically a quieter time. This allows visitors with special educational needs and disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder or sensory processing needs, and their parents or carers, to enjoy a more comfortable experience.
