Welcome to Legs, Bums Bingo Wings & Tums! Get ready to sweat and have fun at this awesome fitness class every Wednesday at 6pm at My Tribe Studio & Parenting Hub Brighouse.

Join us for a full-body workout that targets all those trouble areas - legs, bums, bingo wings, and tums! This class is for all fitness levels, so there's no need to worry that your aren't fit enough, that's why we're here!

It's going to be a blast, so grab your workout gear and come join us for an evening of fitness and fun.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything?

No! Just yourself and perhaps a water bottle. All equipment is provided but you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

I haven't exercised in while...

Not a problem! You can take this class as easy as you need to and increase your strength over time.

What kind of exercise is it?

A little bit of everything! Varying each week, we will work with squats, lunges, Pilates style exercises, a little bit of sneaky cardio too and even involve a few fun games to keep it light and enjoyable!
