Are there restrictions on what I can bring into the Arena? Are Food & Drink offered on Game Night?

Morningside Arena does not permit any outside food or drink inside of the Arena. There are a variety of Bar and Food amenities available each and every game night.

Terms and Conditions for Sale of Leicester Riders Tickets

Tickets and season tickets are sold subject to the rules and regulations of the BBL & the Leicester Basketball Limited (the Company).

Ticket Prices are subject to fees and booking costs associated to their purchase.

Concession prices are available to senior citizens over 65, students with a valid I.D., juniors under 16 and disabled.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Proof of age may be required on presentation of the ticket on match day.

Tickets are not to be resold at more than their face value, and are only valid if presented in a complete form.

Dates of fixtures and tip off times are subject to change. The Company will attempt to notify purchasers of any fixture changes through the following means: matchday programme, notices in our ticket office, through social media, through our on-line newsletter and via the Riders official website at Leicester Riders.

Advanced Ticket Prices end at 23:59 the day prior to the Match.

It is the policy of the Company not to give refunds, but in extenuating circumstances please contact the Company and provisions may be made.

The Company accepts no responsibility to automatically replace lost damaged or stolen tickets.

If a season ticket card is lost, a fee of £10 will be charged for a reprint.
