Royal Icing Skills
This is an introduction to using royal icing confidently in a variety of aspects of cake decorating. Discover how to use icing and piping tubes to create a broad range of decorative effects.
The emphasis in this class will be piping skills, writing, borders, run outs, brush embroidery and piped flowers.
This course will be delivered over 8 weekly 2 hour sessions on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm.

There are no entry requirements for this course.
Refreshments including sandwiches and hot drinks will be available for purchase until 6pm in the College café. There are vending machines available for hot and cold drinks.
Parking will be available at the College on a first come, first served basis, with no charge after 6pm. A parking map can be seen here.
If you have a nut allergy, please let us know when booking your ticket/s.
You will need to bring: Pen and paper, plus an apron. There will be a cost for materials per week, which will be confirmed prior to the start of your course.
You will need to wear flat shoes and sensible clothing, including a long sleeved top.
