🥾 Leith Hill Circular Hike – Surrey Hills Woodland & Countryside Trails Join GO London Hiking for a full-day adventure exploring the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From Dorking station, our circular route ascends gradually through woodland before joining the Greensand Way. We’ll pass through the charming hamlet of Friday Street before reaching the highlight: Leith Hill, the highest summit in southeast England at 294m. Here we’ll stop for lunch by the iconic Gothic Leith Hill Tower, enjoying sweeping views across the Weald and, on a clear day, to London and the South Coast. The descent leads us past Duke’s Warren and the springs feeding the River Mole, before crossing the ponds at Westcott and returning to Dorking.
