Is it beginner friendly?

Yes! This will be a slow paced, shorter distance run. If you’ve never been to a run club, or you’ve felt intimidated by them before, please don’t let that put you off! We do occasional coaching sessions too.

What is 'slower paced'?

Over a 6 min/km pace, probably closer to a 7min/km or longer! Don't let your pace put you off. Depending on the pace diversity, we can keep the run to the links so no one gets left behind.

What is 'shorter distance'?

I'll aim for around 4km, but again it depends on the abilities of the group. If everyone wants something a bit shorter, or everyone wants something a bit longer, we can adapt.
