Lemurian DNA-activating Sound Bath

Reawaken your ancient Lemurian DNA at this highly alchemical sound bath event.

We will start the event with a meditation and vocal toning through the chakras which will connect you to your birthright - your Lemurian DNA.

The vocal toning consists of making spcific sounds or tones in each chakra point which can start to awaken your ancient Lemurian DNA.

Once we have started to activate our ancient Lemurian DNA, I will then introduce sacred sound, starting with Lemurian frequency tuning forks. The tuning forks may trigger a feeling of consciousness expansion, a feeling-sense of a shift or change in your energy field - just some of the feelings you may experience as your Lemurian DNA is activated.

The sound bath will also include the use of specially-selected instruments that hold the frequency and vibration of the earth, including grounding instruments such as gongs and the drum to ensure that the new frequencies you are activating within yourself are fully grounded, enabling you to feel the new frequencies throughout your entire being.

This event takes place at Ryton Village Hall which has stunning south-facing views towards the Long Mynd, the Lawley, and Caer Caradoc through full height windows.

The venue is also equipped with underfloor heating so you should be nice and warm, whatever the weather is doing outside!

Prior to booking, please take note of the information below.

Most people can safely experience sound therapy, but there are a few exceptions.

Sound Therapy is not suitable for:

• Anyone with a severe Mental health condition such as paranoid schizophrenia, severe personality disorders, psychosis or unmanaged bi-polar

• Women in their first trimester of pregnancy

• Anyone who has had recent metal Implants

The following conditions require prior checking with a Medical Adviser:

• Sound induced epilepsy

• Pacemaker/heart issues. If the Medical Adviser consents, a minimum distance of 20cm from any implanted heart pacemaker, heart area will be maintained

• Any other electrical device/ implant fitted

The following conditions require caution:

• Tinnitus – during a session, sound therapy can either mask tinnitus or may make it worse or uncomfortable (Please let the practitioner know and if it becomes too much then you can leave during the session)

• Migraine, headache - sound therapy may make this condition worse or uncomfortable

• Metal implants – you may feel the sound vibrations differently in areas with metal implants.

General Guidelines:

Always inform your practitioner of any physical or emotional concerns before a session.

Hydration before and after the session is encouraged, as sound can support energetic and lymphatic release.
