What time will the fireworks start

Accepted Answer

Much depends on the weather conditions on the evening so it is not possible for us to confirm an exact start time.  Gates open at 6.30pm and we will share as much information as we can via our social media in the run up to the big night - https://www.facebook.com/LenzieFireworks.

Question 2

Is the event wheelchair accessable?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  We have limited space but have an area set aside for those in wheelchairs or indeed otherwise needing further assistance.  Please contact event organisers for more information

Question 3

Is there parking on site?

Accepted Answer

No.  Viewfield Avenue will not be accessible by car and the club car park will be closed to vehicular traffic.  We would ask that you walk to the event if possible.  The nearest car park is Lenzie Train Station and we would ask that you park considerately if using the nearby Streets.

Question 4

Will you be selling Glow Toys?

Accepted Answer

Yes - please look our for our LRFC Volunteers at the Co-op on Kirkintilloch Road and on Viewfield.  Please remember to bring cash.

Question 5

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We will refund any tickets up to 7 days prior to the event.

Question 6

What happens if the event is cancelled due to the weather?

Accepted Answer

We will not issue refunds and will reorganise the event for the nearest possible date

Question 7

How do we gain access to the event?

Accepted Answer

We have 2 pedestrian entrances - one at Lenzie Meadow Primary School and one on Viewfield Avenue.  Ticket scanners will be at each entrance.

Question 8

Can I pay by card at the food trucks and the bar?

Accepted Answer

The bar is cash only in order to reduce queueing times.  Please ensure that you bring cash with you to the event.  The food trucks will take cash and card payments.

Question 9

What time do the Gates Open?

Accepted Answer

6.30pm.  The event is always very busy so please come as early as you can to avoid lengthy queues.  We have a few kids rides to keep the little ones entertained
