Anyone really but practitioners of traditional arts such as Karate, Taekwondo, Wing Chun, Traditional Kickboxing and other similar styles will find a lot of benefit to this.

Comfy clothes or uniform, water bottles and shin guards

The event is aimed at teens and adults, but younger children who are sensible and able are welcome. We recommend ages 10+ due to throws and break falls. All under-16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
