HEADLINE ACT: JORDAN BARR
Jordan Barr is a stand-up comedian, actor, musical theatre performer, writer, and host of Weekend Breakfast on triple j.
Jordan’s comedy is personal, relatable, and unapologetically queer. She has a unique ability to connect to generations of audiences with her encyclopedic knowledge of the cultural zeitgeist. I mean, who else can explain the nuances of TLCs Sister Wives, while explaining which planets in the solar system represent the children from The Sound of Music.
Jordan has performed numerous solo shows at comedy festivals around Australia, appeared on the prestigious Melbourne Comedy Festival Upfront gala, and supported the likes of Hannah Gadsby and Cat Cohen.
Jordan performed in the 2024 MTC season of A Wake – A Woke Mob, and is an in-demand TV and development writer, working on shows such as Spicks and Specks and Question Everything.
HOST: JUSTIN TELIQURE
Justin Teliqure is Melbourne's drag king pretty party boy. Justin goes down like an expensive liquor - smooth and spicy, leaves a sweet taste lingering on your lips. He'll grove his way into your heart and maybe even your fantasy’s with his suave and sexy moves. He is a triple threat, entertaining audiences with his dance moves, comedic routines and smooth vocals. He loves bringing a party and enjoys hyping up a crowd. In 2016, Justin was reborn into the Melbourne drag scene. His fluid moves, sexy swagger and humorous nature has kept his audiences wanting more. Justin enjoys performing, connecting with his community and of course Tequila.
LINEUP TARSH JAGO: A proud palawa (Tasmanian aboriginal) woman living in narrm. Tarsh intersects her queer and First Nations identity in a cheeky but charming way.
TRICKSY COLLINS: Loop pedal act without a loop pedal, ventriloquist act with a donkey in a backpack teaching Tricksy to do ventriloquism and a karaoke act that gets faster and faster until the crowd can’t follow. Ends with the whole crowd singing along.
STEPH CROTHERS: Steph has performed stand-up for 'Thank God You're Queer' for Cornershop Comedy, 'Funny for a Queer', and 'Kent St Comedy'... to name a few! Her comedy focuses on coming out as a lesbian at 29, the signs she missed, and the unexpected differences and similarities between dating men and women.
SUNNY YOUNGSMITH: An emerging drag king comedy performer. Their performances range from obnoxious, to gross, to just pathetic - it's a laugh! ELISE FREEMAN: Stand up
SARAH HIDS: Character comedy: Bev is an impatient, self involved, inept medical receptionist. MAREN MAY: Maren is a regular in the Australian comedy scene. After performing as part of The Breast of the Fest in 2022 and 2023, she made her solo debut in 2024 with ‘Maren May is German’, followed by her second stand-up show ‘Reads between no lines’ in 2025. Born and raised in Germany, Maren brings a fresh and unique perspective to the comedy world.
