Welcome to the Lessons from Nature: Seasonal Exploratory Writing Workshop!

Join us on the second Wednesday of each month for a creative journey inspired by the changing seasons.

Together we'll reflect on the seasons, the nature around us, and the lessons to learn from what we see.

Equal parts mindfulness and creative writing, this workshop is great for beginners and experienced writers alike. It's a celebration of the process over the final product; of creativity over perfection.

All workshop attendees will also have the option to join a private Facebook group for course alumni to continue sharing their work and connecting with others.

Will sessions be recorded?

To protect the privacy of our participants, courses will not be recorded. You will, however, be able to access all resources to download for a limited time after each session.

What will I need?

Yourself, an open mind, and something to write with!

Do I have to share my work?

No, you'll never be forced to share your work. You will have opportunities to do so but it isn't necessary.

Do you need to have experience writing to join in?

No. This is a workshop that is centred on the benefits of writing for writing's sake, for being inspired by the things around us. You'll be able to get feedback on your writing if you want it.
