About this Event
Chrissy Harrison has been growing food for sale to restaurants at the site for over 5 years, starting as a trainee at Food from the Sky in Crouch end. She works with two trainees, growing a range of salad crops, herbs and vegetables and sells mainly to restaurants.
During this visit she will share valuable insights into how she has made the site productive, top tips on selling to restaurants and her plans for the future.
There will be an opportunity for questions and discussion about how we create more viable careers for urban growers.

12.00pm: Shared lunch - if you are able to, please bring something (preferably veggie/ homemade/ fresh) to share - salads will be provided on the day.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate any dietary requirements so if you have a dietary requirement please bring food for yourselves. Salads will be provided and these will be vegan.
