Overview

JOIN US to hear Steve Jones share insights into the Earth's Final Frontier.

Steve has spent 35 years living and working in some of the world’s most challenging environments, establishing himself as one of the foremost authorities on polar expeditions.

As a mountaineer, expedition leader, and polar guide, Steve has led more than 40 expeditions worldwide, guiding groups to both the North and South Geographic Poles. His expertise is grounded in a decade of managing operational bases in Antarctica and nine years leading expeditions for Raleigh International and Wilderness Expertise.

In his role as Expeditions Manager for Antarctic Logistics & Expeditions LLC, Steve has supported nearly every South Pole expedition in recent years, providing critical logistical oversight while training and inspiring the next generation of polar explorers. He is the main point of contact for all independent expeditions and also contributes to the operations planning for each Antarctic season.

Steve serves as Vice-President of the Royal Geographical Society and is a Fellow of the British Exploring Society and an Honorary Fellow of World Extreme Medicine, reflecting his standing as a leader in the global exploration community.

Join us to hear Steve share insights from 35 years of polar expeditions, exploring what it takes to lead in the world's most extreme environments. Drawing on his experience guiding over 40 expeditions to both Poles and managing Antarctic operations, Steve reveals the lessons learned from decades at the edge of human endurance – and how these principles apply far beyond the ice.
