It's nearly next year! So, how did this year go? Did it go stunningly well for you?
Did you achieve full health? Attain fitness to a new, higher level? Feel happier than you have in a long time?
Whether you did or didn't it's time to recognise what worked, realise what didn't and get ready for the next 12 months.
Yes, it's a bit cheesy doing it at the beginning of the year, but why not? It's a perfect time after the time off over Christmas to refocus and look ahead and once you get this, you won't need to re-do it each January, you'll be able to apply it to your life at anytime of the year.
If you really want to be happy in 2017, if you want to GSD (get stuff done), do stuff for you and no one else's benefit and reap the rewards of setting some goals and bloomin' well achieving them, then this event is for you.
With new topics on goal setting, mindset and achievement plus some great success stories from previous clients, to a mindfulness section, goal defining and focus finding it really is worth the investment of 3 hours of your time.
We're in a new location this year, the Wokingham Cricket Club is a lovely peaceful location with nice views and ample parking. Refreshments will be provided too.
