It's the 17th of November at 5pm on a chilly evening at the Oxford Christmas light festival.

Two explorers are gathering a secret crack team together to take on an expedition to discover just where the light has gone?

They will be looking for it in every crack in the pavement, in all the nooks and crannies of the city, behind closed doors and amongst the everyday bits and bobs of life.

As they venture out to seek the illusive light what adventures will they have along the way?

Will the biodegradable snow storm stop them? Will an avalanche of marshmallows make the search impossible? Is the Aroura Borealis really made of bubbles? Questions and quests that only you can help them answer.

Join them for an hour of frivolity, mayhem and high jinx as they search the city looking for the illusive light. Who will they meet along the way?

To take part in this extraordinary expedition there are two things you need to do. First ‘Let yourselves Glow’, by adding lights to your expedition clothing, this will be the secret code so that the expedition leaders know that you are truly a member of the expedition team.

Secondly sign up to register that you are prepared to be a valued member of the team.

The expedition is free to join, but spaces on the team are limited. After you have signed up more details will be sent to you and you can expect inspiration posts about how to 'Let yourself glow'. In the meantime shh, don't scare the light away.
