The School Effectiveness Team will lead virtual sessions for curriculum leaders in all subject areas (12 subjects). During the sessions, curriculum leaders will have the opportunity to share their practice and SEOs would provide professional development to further develop strategic leadership and build capacity.

The focus will be :

• The positive implementation of the school’s intent

• Sharing successes in schools, the impact on pupils’ learning

• Continue to look at a range of strategies to check the impact of the implementation to achieve the curriculum intent, effective self-evaluation

• Addressing gaps in learning

• Supporting vulnerable pupils, including disadvantaged and pupils with SEND

• Curriculum updates and Ofsted updates about the quality of education.
