Ready to try something new and feel great doing it? Join the Canal & River Trust for a This Girl Can Walk session, a friendly, supportive introduction to walking for women of all ages and abilities.
This relaxed group walk is a great way to enjoy the outdoors, boost your confidence, and meet like-minded women in a safe and encouraging environment. No special kit or experience is needed, just wear comfortable shoes and come as you are.
Best of all, it’s completely free. Just book your spot and get ready to enjoy some fresh air and good company!

Please book one time slot per person. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your booked slot. These sessions are designed for adults and for children from seven years old upwards as an introduction to walking and are easy grade along our amazing towpaths. Learn a bit of history or see some awesome wildlife which is around every turn on our waterways .
Parents and Guardians are required to accompany their children on this walk.
Walk ins will not be accepted. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite or please get in touch with us to allow another person(s) a chance to take part.
