A little about the dancers and what to expect

Maia is a professional belly dancer, trained internationally in both traditional and modern Oriental dance styles. For almost 15 years, she has performed at numerous high-profile events, several theatrical shows, in music videos, and at multiple venues and stages across the UK and Europe.

She is very passionate about teaching, and she tailors her classes to bring something new and different each time.

Along with Oriental dance, Maia has studied Contemporary, Samba, Tango and Latin styles of dance. Her passion for many dance styles means Maia dances and performs a fusion of these different styles.

Hugo is a highly sought-after teacher and choreographer from Argentina. He started his career at the age of 12 and mastered various styles, such as Hip Hop, Salsa, Bachata, Brazilian funk and Reggaeton.

Hugo has won several South American championships in hip hop and multiple awards as both a soloist and a group dancer.

After years of performing and teaching workshops of Latin and urban styles in Latin America, such as Chile, Argentina, and Brazil, Hugo recently settled down in the UK, together with Maia, they share a passion for dancing.

This dynamic duo integrate and applies different skills to Latin dances, creating fusion dance to a new level on the stage. They both empower the diversity and essence of both Latin and Arabic dance. Prepare to be amazed by the fusion and passion they bring to their performances.

There will also be other performances on the night from a range of performers and groups, which will include but in limited to;

Argentine Tango, Sword Dance, Tahitian, Belly dancing and more!
