About this Event

Exhibition preview

On 8 Oct 12 - 2pm, staff and service users of the Recovery Pathways service from Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust will be opening an exhibition entitled 'Let's Figure it Out' at the People's History Museum.

We would be delighted if you could join us for lunch, a chance to preview the work, meet the team and experience a variety of creative, practical and hands-on activities. Please feel free to share this information with your contacts.

The exhibition is an opportunity for our artists to explore what mental wellbeing means to them through the subject of the figure and work displayed is a powerful testimony from those who have lived experience of mental ill health and recovery.

Recovery Pathways harnesses the power of creative activity to help people maintain or improve their mental wellbeing. Sometimes being in a group with others is enough to start building resilience and our service can be a vital step to adjust after a stay in hospital or a period of enduring mental ill health.

The exhibition is open to the public 8 - 11 October 10am - 5pm
